- You may cancel your bus ticket booking subject to the cancellation policy applicable for the specific trip or fare selected.
- The cancellation deadline and associated charges depend on the type of ticket and the time remaining before departure. These details are displayed during the booking process.

Refunds-Â
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.
Conditions for Ticket Refunds-Â
Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
- Tickets must have been booked directly on the Mithila Yatra www.mithilayatra.com or through authorized channels.
- The cancellation request must be submitted within the allowable timeframe.
Non-refundable scenarios include:
- Tickets purchased under non-refundable promotions.
- No-show passengers or cancellations made after the bus has departed.
